Consult GmbH, Munich.
_Thomas Krüger was formerly active in various functions at
HypoVereinsbank, as managing director of HVB
Beteiligungs GmbH, the Private Equity arm of HypoVereinsbank, and
in establishing HypoVereinsbank's M&A business.
_Earlier career stages included M&A activities at Gleacher
& Co., New York, a Mergers and Acquisitions and Investment
Banking firm specializing in large US and cross-border
transactions, as well as Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., New York.
_Before that, Thomas Krüger was active in the middle market Private
Equity business at Deutsche Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH - the
Private Equity unit of the Deutsche Bank AG - in Stuttgart, as
well as in relationship management for multinational corporate clients
at Citibank in Frankfurt, New York and Stuttgart.
_Thomas Krüger is a member of the supervisory board of publicly listed asknet AG, Karlsruhe,
publicly listed Augusta Technologie AG, Munich, and publicly listed Transtec AG, Tübingen.
